Philip Frost writes books and music about people — how they lead, how they live, and how they find their way back when they're lost. His Christmas leadership fable The Lanterns of Leadership grew out of years of leading teams in demanding, high-pressure environments. His music catalog — four distinct artist brands under one publishing roof — is built the same way: start with something ordinary, find the human meaning underneath.
